The charity behind your gift
Our public-facing name is Foundation for Equity Recovery & Initiative in TB (FERI-TB) Inc. The IRS determination letter lists FERI-TB Foundation for Equality Recovery and Initiative in TB. The identifying EIN is 41-2848860. The letter confirms 501(c)(3) public-charity status and an exemption effective December 1, 2025. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
The determination letter is available below so donors and partners can review the organization’s documentation. Contact FERI-TB with questions about a donation acknowledgment or documentation.
How gifts are used
Contributions support the charitable mission, including community navigation, education, language access, referral coordination, eligible practical assistance, and related operational and oversight costs. Giving levels on the website are illustrative contribution amounts. They do not purchase a fixed number of rides, nights of housing, referrals, or completed treatments.
Available support depends on the person’s needs, relevant program criteria, the receiving organization’s eligibility rules, and available resources. Treatment decisions remain with qualified clinical teams. Financial and program reporting should distinguish the use of funds, program activities, and documented outcomes.
Giving through the donation checkout
The Donate button opens FERI-TB’s campaign on Zeffy. Review the amount, giving frequency, payment details, and any optional contribution shown at checkout before submitting. The FERI-TB website does not collect card details. Keep the acknowledgment supplied through the donation process for your records.
For questions about a recurring gift, payment issue, acknowledgment, refund request, employer matching, or a restricted contribution, contact info@feritb.com so the team can discuss the request and the applicable process. This page does not promise a particular refund outcome. Before mailing a check, contact FERI-TB to confirm payee and mailing instructions.
